People are F'ing Morons, you are most likely going to have to put a camera, cause now they are probably going to make it their mission to mess up all your'e pups.
I had to put up a trail camera a few years ago to catch my neighbors pit bull going under the fence to bite my cattle in the legs. County told me to shoot the dog. So he no longer bothers my cattle now.
