1975 Dodge Dart Sport 360 will not crank from key

I have a 1975 Dodge Dart Sport 360 that the electronic ignition switch went bad, shorted out internally, and blew the fusible link and burnt up the ground wire on the steering column. I've replaced the ignition switch and the fusible link. When I turn the key to run the gauges move but when I go to start there is nothing at all. I can turn the key to run and jump the starter relay on the drivers side inner fender well and the car will start and run fine. Does anyone have any idea what might be the fix? Also now when I turn the lights on, only the driver head light comes on. No other lights are illuminating. If I turn the right turn signal on the right front marker light illuminates but didn't flash. When I turn on the left turn signal the light on the dash illuminates but no other lights outside illuminate!! Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!!
