I was hit with a relatively new scam yesterday. An email said that my purchase transaction went through and to click on the attachment if I wanted a copy of the record. Please just delete these kinds of emails without clicking on the attachments unless you know that you purchased something. The vendor’s name was not included in the email!
I’ve gotten a few of those emails. It alarmed me, so I checked the card that was attached and no charges. I knew something was rotten in Denmark, so I didn’t click it beforehand
