Found out that Edelbrock did not fix the manifold issue back by the distributor as mentioned above and in post #50 by Mopar73340. The manifold needs some grinding to get the distributor in, so that it moves freely. I should have checked this before I had it powder coated. Oh well.

Funny!! When I called Edelbrock 2 years ago about this issue with the Pro Flo 3 they said they had never heard of it. I thought “how could I be the sole unlucky person to receive a kit like this? Then last fall the same with the Pro Flo 4 manifold. I sent pictures that clearly show the problem after the Pro Flo 3 issue. Piss poor quality control from their claims of made right here in the USA.

On a side note as said above, at least you can’t see it once installed.
