Pet peeve when looking through sale ads

I would say the subjective (deceitful) descriptions using the words "mint" or "clean"

Buyer: From the pictures this car looks extremely clean... I don't see any rust or dents pictured, so thats what i'm expecting if i drive an hour to see it. Basically a Mint car...Correct?

Seller: Yep, as clean and mint as it can get
