2010 5.7 Hemi into 1971 Demon

I've spent many hours reading the threads on this website, but I figured it best to start a new thread of my own to address any particular issues that I may have. Please let me know if any of you knowledgeable folks see any flaws in my plan.

Heres what I have:
1971 Dodge Demon (318/904)
2010 eagle 5.7 truck engine (No cam or lifters as it wiped a cam lobe)
2006 truck harness (plan to pinout the harness for my needs)
2006 computer (I know 05 is preferred, can the 06 be used?)
