What do you think of proposed 505/512 build?

Hi all, I've been asked to come up with a motor build suggestion for a friend who currently runs a 3700lb B body brkt car with a mild 440, wants to run 10.50's next year in the class, car has 4.10's and 727 with SS springs and single adj rear shocks, 275 radials, car has good fuel pump etc. etc......my suggestion>

505/512 440 based motor, needs honest 650fwhp
TF270 heads, 343cfm@.600, he wants a quench motor, I think 10.8>11.1CR on our pump gas 98>99oct would work ok.
Stroker kit?...Eagle/Scat/Molnar/440source etc.?, I prefer a Molnar kit, which pistons?
I've picked a cam for him, HUG STL6064BS3-8 260/264@.050 .615/.621 or
HUG STL6468BS3-8, 264/268@.050, .621/632" ...SFT
he's not a solid roller fan...
Harland Sharp S70015KE 1.5 ratio for TF heads..
Mopar 337 intake from Jegs?, Super Victor/TF int., 440-2? currently no scoop on the car, would think he would fit one if necessary, he runs a 950HP DP carb., I suggest a 1050 Dom.
2" hdrs, built converter 4500 stall min.
He doesn't want to turn a motor more than 6500ish, he also drives on the street a lot to shows etc. on the 275's. I suggested going to a 29" radial slick+dble adjustables.
I personally think this is quite a mild set up but its convincing him of that.
...there are many other ways/choices for sure but it has to be RB based (probably stock block) as far as I know as money isn't limitless...what are your opinions on this?
