Installed height of what?

The valve springs he is not listing?

This would be your choice on the valve spring to be used on your choice of head.

You can certainly use a 1.80 or 2.00 spring installed at that manufacturer recommended height on what ever head can use/accept that spring.

You already have the pertinent information above. Perhaps a call/e-mail to the manufacturer will yield good spring recommendation & results.
