On this engine, we specifically use an edelbrock intake. We tested some clones, and they didn't make the power with the aluminum heads. I was shocked. the iron headed version didn't care, but this one it was honestly nearly 20 horse. The sniper and other EFI systems don't mind a dual plane. Remember these are mag heads, so not too many single planes out there. If you feel a little better with the pressure equalized, you can run a spacer, but for all the snipers we put on dual planes here....they don't much care.
