So, I took my first swing at Mopars with a C-Body, a 68 Newport Custom, and as much as I enjoyed the car, I hated playing "Where's Waldo" when it came down to finding parts for it, since virtually nothing was made- especially sheet metal.

Last night someone bought the car, and I've put a bit of cash away while I hunt for something a bit smaller, with restoration parts readily available.

I haven't found The One yet, but I'm not in a hurry. I've got 2 1967 Chargers to look at locally this weekend, but haven't come across many A-Bodies yet.

Anyhow, I'll be poking through the classifieds here to see if there's anything in my ballpark as well as FCBO!

Welcome to FABO good to have you and and hope you find a good car.
The hard part is finding one with minimal rust but far better to spend the extra money and get one in good shape, but I would guess you all ready know that.
Anyway happy hunting.

Welcome. Some pf the nicest most down to earth Mopar lovers are C body guys! I would check out AMD to see what metal is available for what models. Hint: For instance, 66-7 B body quarter metal from anyone else sucks and only 1 piece available from AMD. A body parts will be way better than any C body repop stuff though!! Good luck!

I wouldn`t go with the 67 chargers , they are mostly considered one of the uglier mopars made, not real popular !

Welcome aboard! Good luck in your hunt. Never mind the nay-sayer about 66-67 Chargers, they are a nice car and unless your spending someone else's $$, get what you like.
Cheers
Steve
