1969 Dart GTS Hood emblems

After seeing it like that.....Now I’m definitely getting an original good.

No inexpensive/easy solution, grafting the humps into existing hood, Is another option.

But best thing to do is complain, complain, complain, to AMD, so they can correct the issue.

My bodyman says yes it can be done, take down that center ridge.
I will add I am not going to be able to remove it entirely and only want to make it not as pronounce and noticeable. As well, mainly work the area where the GTS badge attaches. By the way, there are two P#'s for this badge in the parts book 1 for hood 1 for fender. The aftermarket just created 1 for fenders.
So, Ill take a shot at messaging the hood,,,It wont be as original and totally ridge-less but then again my GTS is not an original and the average car show attendee wouldn't know the diff...I'll drive the wheels off it anyway

Definitely a slight ridge on mine, you have to feel it with your hand to notice. Supposed to be original...
