Urgh...what are the chances !

Since I work for the municipality, I can direct my chitgiving directly to the grader operators. My windrows are minimal.
Since I rarely venture outside my community, I rarely notice the sad sad state of Manitoba roads.
I can't do much about the cold weeks except cuddle up.
My kids are all gone from home, my dog don't eat much, the only debt I have is the mortguage, and between the wife and I working and pooling resources, there is plenty of cash circulating. We are growing old, lazy, and fat together; life is good.
But I agree; I used to have a buddy that moved to Alta. That was some 40 years ago..... and he ain't ever coming back. that plick
And people give me stuff. I ordered another fabric shed last week, to hide all the stuff in, until the town-wide garage sale next year. Man the stuff that comes to me.
