All of the wires were unplugged for my horn. Can someone give me a quick rundown of which wire goes where. Thanks!

Year?
if you can take anothe picture of the bulkhead connectors and also one of the wiring at the alternator, we can be more specific.

In general the horn relay will have:
a direct connection with the main power circuit.
a connection coming from the horn button. That wiring will go through the firewall connector.
a connection going to to the first horn.

It is a 63 Valiant.
I know the green wire goes to the horn. As for the other 2, it appears the light one connects to the bulkhead and the black maybe power.

The switch in the column supplies a ground that closes the relay, horns blow. That should be a black wire from the horn switch to the relay. One other wire is hot at all times to the relay. Green goes from relay out to horn(s). You have a terminal marked B so we might assume black goes there.
The horn relay moved inside the cab somewhere around 1970 and the wire colors may have changed. Most any earlier wiring diagram available online would show same relay and wire colors. Only difference between yours and a 67 model is the relays location.

If Redfish is correct and the horn wiring scheme is the same as '67 then:
Power to the horn relay center terminal is from the alternator output stud.
and therefore B stands for Battery, or Batt terminal (which is what a Chrysler alternator would have marked on it)
The relay terminal perpendicular to the power terminal goes out to the first horn.
The relay terminal with the S gets a black wire to the bulkhead and then to the horn switch.

This is for 67. '63 colors may be different but relay looks the same, and the operation is the same.
H3-18 BK* translates as Horn wire 3, 18 AWG, Black with tracer.

'63 bulkhead connectors look somewhat like '65. Best bet for which wire cavity is the black from to the horn is a '63 FSM.
-63 had no fusible link. Be extra careful when working with the main circuit.

That's a GM SI alternator. Don't know what the wires in the wire nut are.

Yes the 67 models relay gets its power off the alternator, mostly because its right there, relay mounted on radiator support. The relay in question is on the firewall by bulkhead so that 12 volt supply is right there somewhere.

Hey fellas, I'm running into a similar problem. I have a 69 valinat that's been apart for a long time. Horns are last thing to finish to get an inspection done so I can drive it this August. Cant find a relay in the drivers side kick panel. there is a plug that would accept 2 prongs, but the relay I found is 3 prong. Does the 3rd prong just get grounded?

Sorry to hijack the link....

Earlier models had the horn relay out in front of the alternator on radiator support, near the horn(s). I don't recall what year this changed.

i found the plug with the violet and green wire under the dash for the relay, but cannot find the ground wire that's connected to the horn button at the wheel to supply the ground. I jumped the ground on the relay to a good ground and the horns worked. Need to find that black ground from the button..... found it on the plug, but that goes to the fuse block.

??What plug? The horn relay connector or the column connectors? The horn button wire only goes one place---from the horn button, out onto the column connector, and from there to the horn relay

right. The horn button goes to the connector. The black wire in the number 4 hole is supposed to go to the horn relay. I don't have that black wire that goes to the relay to the horn button through the connector. There's a 2 wire plug, violet and green that goes from the relay to the horns and thats connected. If I ground out the relay the horns go off.
