that's correct. The center hole is the inlet. If you follow the hoses on below TTI picture you can see the the upper connection is the outlet and the bottom one is the return.
Wanting to make sure. So looking at the block of the engine... The bottom hose (to the block) is the oil pumping from the block into the oil filter. Then the top hose (to the block) is the "clean" oil from the filter back into the engine block?
