A518/46RH transgo TFOD-HD2 shift kit install
Filter off and valve body before and after removal. Place the trans manual shift in the lo/1 position. That’s all the way to the end position on the rooster comb, away from the neutral safety switch contacts. 10, 7/16” bolts hold the valve body in. After removal of the mounting bolts the valve body can be gently coaxed away from the casing slightly, allowing access to the park rod “C” clip for removal. The park rod can be removed from the valve body and left in place. Now the valve body can be removed by pushing down on the manual shift mechanism with gentle persuasion....lol.
