Parking brake cables
I went to the InLine Tube link to see if I could figure out what an "intermediate cable" was. Could not find one picture or one listing of any cables for anything there. Therefore, a useless web site. So why post a link to it?

What I do know is that a '69 Dart has three cables, one forward and two aft. I'd like to think that a '69 Cuda is similar if not identical? System is a lot like this ('70 Dart pictured):
