72 Swinger No brake lights no 4 ways
Go to MyMopar and download a free copy of the shop manual and the aftermarket wiring diagrams. Some of those manuals there came from the guys right here.
First thing to do is access the stop light switch, which has two wires. one of them should be hot all the time. If so, (I believe it's white) goes from the switch into the column turn signal connector. This is what feeds brake light power INTO the TS switch, and that switch routes the brake power to the lights. So press the pedal, see if you have power on that wire. if so, and the turn signals work, the problem lies in the TS switch. Wiggle/ work the hazard switch, as it can be the problem.
Years ago, I "fixed" two cars, one of them my own 70RR by disabling the hazard switch (cut off the knob) and re-routing a couple-three wires in the switch. Don't ask me, this was in the 70's. The point is right in that section of the switch can cause trouble.
