What exhaust to use

Hi working on a 1965 Canadian Valiant (same as Dart in the U.S) dropping in a 1970 318 what exhaust manifolds do I use? Car specific or engine.

Are you using the existing exhaust? Are you replacing the exhaust or having some made? 273 manifolds would be correct. Some 318 manifolds may work with or without some modifications depending on what they came out of. 340 manifolds are the same.
