Brake Light switch or Bracket???

My Dart had the same issue. The only way to adjust it is to tweak the bracket a little. I moved mine ever so slightly without even needing pliers. Just make sure you don’t go too far allowing them to come on when the pedal is up.

Did you just start to pull it back? i think it would just bend down by looking at it. did yours move or did you end up going to the side?
