My car has been rewired, it idles fast "around 1100" , doesn`t have a fall off , and doesn`t need relays. And the turn signals are slow , think I need a diff. flasher ---------
Has it been repainted? Weak grounds at lamps/sockets/fixtures, missing ground jumper or otherwise weak ground from chassis to battery neg' will slow signal operation too.
