After 41 yrs. and numerous other Mopars, I finally have another '65 Valiant. My first started life as a 2 dr. post (sedan), 170, and 3-on-the-tree. This one is very similar except it's a 225 and was Ruby Red. Already apart and blasted. Picking it up Sunday.
Time to start collecting small block parts and a trans.
Oh, and I guess I'll be a regular PITA here now. :D

Cool! Whatchya gonna do with the 225 Mr. Cleveland Georgia?

congrats, best of luck with her....been seeing that ad for a spell..while it appears a solid car...the fact it was disassembled was not appealing to me...did that one time before, never again.

Thinking of getting it back together and driving it while I build a sb and a trans. Probably sell it and the 3 spd. after I slip the sb in. :)
I need to change my location also. We moved back to Gwinnett County (Dacula) last year. Our daughter had been after us to move in with her for several years now. She bought a new house almost a year ago now so we gave in. Of course, having my grandson close is an extra bonus. :D

Well heck yeah! You're just right up the road. We're in Jones County.

My Dad is from Lee Co. (Smithville- in between Americus and Leesburg). My cousin always calls me a Yankee since we live north of Macon. :D
