No machining or head work, standard compression, you'll need springs for it. Sounds a little lumpier when it's in gear.

This is very close to the
"Hemi" grind purple shaft from the eighties. It should work OK with a stock converter.
It's as large a cam that would have a chance of actually being a decent driver with everything else stock.
