MT ET Street SS. How sticky street driven?

I would expect to get some spray on my quarters if I spin my tires but if you notice all of my questions are regarding driving on a hot road none mention doing burnouts from light to light. If I did a burn out and I got spray on my quarter panel it would be expected and I'm fine with that. I don't want a tire that's so soft I end up with that situation from just driving "quickly" 30 miles or so to a location. Some people live in a cool climate and road surface temperatures are not a concern. Here in Florida the road surface gets hot! I'm talking 120 to a 130ﾟ hot. Don't even think of walking barefoot on blacktop during the day.
