I'm not sure if the H4s were available in UK in 67 or this was an earlier version of the same concept.
rally guys from that era always talk about Lucas Flamethrowers for auxillery lights.
That was the leading edge lighting tech of the day and very far out looking - aethetically anyway. LOL
Hella lights...best there is. I used to run 90/100w on my Opel Manta in the stock housings and lit up the road for a mile ahead of me. I had separate Hella driving/fogs on my ‘70 Duster and they were awesome.
