Spark plug readers!

Hold on. Your plug is too hot. No one can see the ground wire so how do they know the timing is correct?

Turn the plug around so we can see the entire ground wire.

Second, it doesn't look lean to me. It may be a tad lean, but the plug looks hot and you are blowing fuel through there to cool the plug. Plugs should not be tan. If the specks on the porcelain are not shiny and purple is is carbon off the chambers or the shell of the plug.

Technically that plug shouldn't be too hot but it looks funny.
