1963 Dodge Dart 270 Convertible for the Wife

I love the look of the trim but after many hours of taking out dents, I don't know that I'd do it again. We did have the radio antenna hole plugged and painted over. I felt like that was an improvement. I also had front grill chrome plated hoping it would add more strength against future dents.

I can't fathom how our grill is almost flawless. One or two little dings is all it has. The side trim is not all that bad for dents (the trunk lip trim is another story). We are torn as the trim does make some of the personality of the car but we do want it to have an alter personality. The dark turquoise with the white hood/trunk stripe and then some lower side stripes like the Coronet never had (story goes these were dealer installed but there are no known examples in existence). I think this stripe would really play off the Darts lines.
