I used to reuse the washers on my p30. Take them off the nut and spray everything with brake clean. The smallest piece of dirt or sand will cause a leak.

are you getting the correct torque on them? too much or too little can cause a problem......... when in doubt switch them out

you may need new washers...they've been crushed. Now the problem you'll run into is repop washers are quite often not thick enough.
good luck!

I would use new if you can find them in the correct size and thickness. You can anneal the copper washers to soften them up and then give it a try.

Yes get new washers and make sure the caliper sealing surface is clean and intact. I once had a re man caliper that had been through the shot blast cleaning process so many times a portion of the banjo bolt sealing surface was gone. Got a different caliper and it sealed fine.

Have to also watch some of the replacement copper washers are steel that is copper plated. Check them with a magnet before use.

Heat washer with torch until it glows then let it air cool. Should soften it.
I have had new washers that didnt seal, too hard and i annealed them.

Yes the copper washers should be replaced.
I have ran into the new washers being too thin.

And I don't think the new washers are as soft as the originals. I put a quarter million miles on my tool trucks over 28 years and replaced quite a few calipers. Rarely did I use the new washers.

Found some stat o seals at speedway motors gonna try them alum and rubber made for banjo that won't seal 1.99 ea copper crush 5.99 ea

^^THIS^^ Many of the generic "parts store" washers are way too hard and won't seal. You must soften them up.

Finally got the banjo's to seal the bolt hole was drilled too close to the tang so tang was hitting caliper arghhh junk parts really erck me fought those hoses for weeks until I ground the tangs completely off
