What make and model of car is this?

Hey guys, I have a judgment against the fellow who owns this car, and am trying to decide if it would be financially viable to levy on it to satisfy the judgment.

Although I have seen cars like this on the road, for the life of me I can't remember what make and model it is!

Could any of you guys please identify it for me? It would be nice to know the year, also, if you might know that. Thanks very much.
