Do me a favor and check the picture of the upper and lower ball joint. It looks like the top ball joint cotter pin is falling out.
Also check height of the car. make sure both sides are at the same height before you go for an alignment. Most alignment shops dont check that anymore and just (green is go) mentality. If the height is off then it can throw the caster/ camber out.
Long shot but easy to check.
