How would you build a low 10’s street car

There’s actually a real nice big block for sale on moparts for about $10.5 K. Should have more than 600 HP from what all parts he has. I’d grab that if I had an extra 10 g’s. Couldn’t build it for that in my opinion.

400 Block with +.035 bore and prep. $600
B1/BS Heads/Valves moderate port $3500

Cam w/lifters Smith Bros pushrods $450
Forged 440 MP crank cut for B-block.$300
Ross flatop pistons/rings $600
BME alum rods (great deal overstock) $500
(Rods normally $1200.)
Holley E-85 metered 1050 4150. $700
Victor 383 intake. $180
(alt, fuel pumps, start ect) $500
Bearings/gaskets $100

$7560 in just parts. Not including assembly. All for 600+HP. And this is hunting for deals. It adds up FAST! And I'm sure I missed something in list.
