What width rear end for Duster Street Strip stance?

Lots of helpful info here. Thanks for sharing your set ups. I'll try to just go as wide as I can without having to go through any welding or cutting for now so i can move on and focus on finding and getting motor and trans built. Thanks again I'll post up what I end up going with.

Some nice cars posted , but the only way I`d ever run tires sticking out of the wheel wells would be to run bigger slicks at the drag strip , but think the nhra frowns on it , just looks bad ..
A 3/4" offset spring hanger kit , rolling the lips , and reconturing the front of the fender well /keeping the stock shape , and a little hammer clearancing up inside the inner fender will get a fair size tire "in" the fender well. The only welding would be the axle pads , u can cut a new one in half (exactly) and weld it beside the originals , using the orig. to keep the stock angle , and redrill a couple of holes , not a big deal ----------IMG_0137 (1).JPG
