Combination wrenches, brands.

I had a SK 1/2 combo and the shank was so thin, it hurt when you leaned on it, I swear i could have put an edge on it with a stone. Whats up with that? I gave up on expensive tools. Pittsburgh wrenches from HF. $14 for a 8 piece SAE set with a lifelong warranty and I have yet to break one. They are beefy and smooth, nothing like the crap Craftsman sand cast looking wrenches that rust inside the box end. They have extra long ones too. Favorite ratchet was a Kreauter (SP?) it was a fine tooth 3/8 drive German made. Had a handle on it that was almost square with rounded edges.
