Here's a '75 Scamp I found on Craigslist. The car is in great shape and I believe it is a true Granny's car. It runs handles and rides great. It has 34K on the clock, 318, with ps, and auto trans. There is currently a 4 bbl carb on it with headers and duel exhaust but I am changing it back to stock. The engine is otherwise stock and I don't think the 4 bbl does anything for performance so it's coming off.
Also there is a personal connection. My dad had a '74 Valiant Brougham with the same options and color scheme and vinyl roof. So I couldn't resist getting something close to dad's car back!

Nice car. Looks like a dandy. I would leave the 4 barrel. They usually perform better and can get better fuel mileage.

I would leave the 4 barrel and headers on. They add to MPG also.

That's a score for sure!! What a dandy!!

Damn that thing is clean! I like the color combo, looks very good! What type/size carb is it? I had very good service from a 600 Holley on a 318. The hedders will add performance but alot of heat, but the dual exhaust pipes look good. Very nice!

Looks awesome. Hey look guys, somebody picked something out other than granny green with an alligator print top when it was new. But seriously, super color combo. Sweet car.

Granny with 4bbl and headers, only raced on Saturdays.
