It may be a white grease but it is not the familiar "white grease " that Krooser and others are referring
a very famous FORD racer blew up 30 motors using white grease as assembly lube
it has no temp rating and turns to abrasive carbon easily

use something specified specifically as an assembly lube for all the reasons YR posted
