best rear shock for adding 1" of height???

shocks dont do it, all suspension is spring and mounts. Shocks only dampen. Maybe just a extended shackle. If you do raise the rear, you may need a shock extension

well, I didn't want to go the spring shackle route, although I've done it many times in the past. I don't want to change the leafs. Trying to stay away from air shocks. I think some use adjustables - like a coil over shock - that can add some height. I want 1" on the rear of one of my Dusters.
