If your "undocumented" and lack insurance or a license, they just let you go here. You gotta laugh........(they were impounding UNREGISTERED cars with no insurance and it was found to be 'unfair': Statistically biased toward a certain racial economic class, so they got sued and the county caved) I thought we were a classless society? Well, 'Classless' has a double meaning, equality and 'those who lack class'..I believe its the latter.
