Are you sure it's a ProComp carb??? Only carb I've seen from them was a Dominator flange deal. Never took it apart to see how it was tuned. They probably get the parts from the same place ProForm does.
Maybe now they are making other than Dominator carbs. Been a few years since I looked at the one I saw.
