I may have missed it, but what oil pan are you using? Some fit better than others. Though it looks like its hitting on the pan rail area to me, cant tell very well on my phone. May have to shim the engine up a bit? Another option might be to crank up the torsion bar adjusters but I don't know if that'd help there.
I bought a new mancini repop pan. I used to have a 187 pan and had the same issue. It is about an 1.5" from the cut out in the pan. The 187 pan was almost worn through. Not sure how much i can shim the engine up?
