Are you trying to underdrive? I really don't experience any slipping with V-belts. I've used cvfracing in the past, and I have their crank pulley on my 318 now. CNC machined here in the USA, and they've been spot on and V-belt. Much easier to get a replacement belt in almost any town. Pulleys available on ebay
