I would go for Moog or a known brand name. I just checked Rockauto's site and there is a American flag under the listing if the part is USA made.

Well I see the American flag is where the car was manufactured and not where the parts were made. I ordered a few Delco pieces for my Swinger thinking they were USA made but nope. Made i Taiwan. Nicely constructed though. I noticed the adjusting sleeves has grade 8 bolts and nylock nuts. The idler arm and tie rod ends were all greasable. All looks good.
