1965 Dodge Dart 270 defroster vent color.

Have you tried contacting customer service at dupont( Now called Axalta Coating Systems) or PPG with the color number? but truthfully you should just go to a paint/body shop that has a color scanner and let them scan the underside of the vent. (yeah I know it's a long ride finding a good one willing to do it) I have matched a teal from a 56 imperial that way (yeah it was a sucky green color on that dash) I had a couple ounces made up and then bought one of those aerosol sprayers from Amazon to paint it before I got my garage finished.

Well, I have news. I went up to Ukiah, and Tri Valley Paint have Dupont paint. And, they also have the old books with the paint chips, and there was the right one, Dark Turquoise, Flat. Not the Suede, no one can match that anymore. But, at least I will get the right color. He also took the defroster vent which is very close to the front side of the dash, where the radio and temp. control sits. And the sun has not been there either.
But, he did not find any information about how much white and black and blue and green and whatever he had to put in it. So, it would be a custom job. Will go back up on tuesday to pick it up. It is a one hour drive up there, but it is better than not getting anything.
And I am getting a whole quart, so I can paint the rest of the dash, and inside of the doors if I want to.
