Hello everyone. I'm looking for power steering column from a 1969-1970 Plymouth duster automatic with power steering. I'm changing the stock dash to a rally dash. I bought the harness, but my mechanic says that the column needs to be replace as well. Anybody has one for sale?

I believe you need to find out exactly what you are looking for. A steering column for a 69 a body is very different than a steering column for a 70 duster. The keyed ignition on the 70 being one difference. By the way I believe 70 was the first year for the duster.
Also you can rebuild the one you have with a few parts and some effort.

Not sure I'd trust a mechanic that thinks a column needs to be replaced unless it's been thoroughly hacked up.

The standard dash harness is easily modified to work with a rally inst panel too. Only 3 wires difference.
My wild guess... you acquired a complete pre 70 rally dash and bought the pre 70 wiring harness for that. Harness doesn't work in a 70 up build due to ignition switch, flasher switch, and other differences.
