Continuing saga of the leaking ThermoQuad fuel bowl

I used to epoxy Quadra-Jet bowl plugs with Devcon Plastic Steel http://www.itwconsumer.com/devcon-products/product.cfm?id=Plastic Steel® Epoxy, 2 oz.-50 . Worked for years and did not fail, as far as I know. No recent experience. When I worked for other people I would just order a new bowl for a TQ. That has been decades ago.
