Car shifted into gear when in park...

Good Grief!! What the hell is this spring in my pan???!! If I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have no luck. Seriously though, what are yall guessing this could be and do I really have to take this d@mn transmission out again. I think I'm just going to burn it to the ground on second thought.
