I have wondered about this too. The obvious problem I see is that sensor on the bell housing if you keep your old trans, can you use the magnum flexplate and cut out a notch or something? Move it to the front of the engine? Is there an inline pump that will work instead of the one in the tank? Has someone come up with a simplified wiring diagram or do just have to figure it out? When did they switch to the ODB2 and what benefit is there if you have all the old stuff and just want it to run like a stocker? The truck I was going to use for the parts is a 92.
