Stop in for a cup of coffee

I agree. I do the exercise, tow hours cardio tennis four times a week.
I worked a couple trigger points and thought they were the problem.
New court shoes would probably help.
I found a bottle of muscle relaxers. I'll try those today with some stretching, and see if that helps.
If it is in the joint, an an anti-inflamatory does help. I've used Aleve or equivalent. Try not to use it often or mix it.
The other thing is coldpacks. Just the opposite of what I used to do. But that seems to be the right move if the joint is inflammed.
