67 GTX/Belvedere/Satellite opinions.

For whatever reason I am leaning towards the GTX. I realize that it should be restored ect, but I really think the whole "numbers matching" thing is running it's course. Surely I won't be the first idiot to hack up a GTX.

No, but you will be one of the few if you do it in this day and age. Original, numbers matching cars aren't falling out of trees these days, like they were in the 70's/80's. They will always bring more money, when done right, than a hacked up street machine. If it is a true, numbers matching GTX, then leave it alone, and hack-up the Satellite if you must, and pass the GTX info onto someone who will do it right.
