I don’t know about a Remington 760 or w/e model was thrown out there. You can still get 80% lowers and pistol frames that require tooling but have no serial number.
I didn't say anything about the remington, yes a flat is considered an 80%. They now have pretty drilled flats as well. I will say, if you want one, get it now while you can...
