Why not get a different offset rear tire, roll the lip of the fenderwell to get it in there. Dusters have pretty big rear wheel houses.

lip is rolled up..… has a b-body rear end.... I like a little bit of a deep dish wheel, don't like new frisbee rims on a old school car… LOL
