No idea a hemi era starter still fit an old school mopar? Any benefit vs the "normal" mopar mini?

The starter from an 05-08 Ram with 5.7 and a manual trans is physically smaller then all the rest of the common mini starters because it is a coaxial starter—the motor axis is the same as the drive axis—which makes it more compact than the regular mini starters, which are offset starters. (The motor axis is outboard of drive axis).

Unlike the other starters, this one has one of its 2 mounting holes threaded. Drill out the threaded hole so it’s plain.
